The Home Block Chardonnay is Nga Waka's flagship white wine. It is 100% barrel fermented and goes through 100% malolactic fermentation. It remains in barrel for 10 months and the lees are stirred monthly. Pale gold colour in the glass, it is rich and complex with deep, intense spicy and mineral flavours underpinned by tight-grained French oak, barrel fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Fresh, vibrant acidity cuts through rich or creamy dishes, pairing beautifully with lamb and white meats.

A blinding white gold and a chartreuse shimmer in the glass, the Mannequin opens with opulent, beguiling aromatics. Ripe golden apple, concentrated jasmine, citrus notes and a touch of cream and fresh brioche emerge. The entry is bright yet with a bit of weight; similar aromatic notes come through on the palate supplemented by rich honeydew and green apple. Tempered by a prominent vein of acidity, the wine closes at length with a seamless silk-like quality.

Desire Lush & Zin Chardonnay Fiano is a vibrant Southern Italian blend bursting with white peach, apricot, and orange peel aromas. Rich and textured yet refreshingly crisp, it balances ripe stone fruit with zesty acidity for a beautifully lifted, aromatic finish.

Desire Lush & Zin Rosé is a vibrant, expressive wine with layers of ripe red berries, dark plum, and a hint of prune. Delicate herbal notes of thyme and rosemary add a savoury twist, balancing its bright, juicy fruit and soft blush hue.

Following harvest fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. Portions of the wine was matured in French oak for eight months before blending and bottling.
