All the characteristics of the distinctive new word are captured in our South Australian wines. This wine features the heady aromas of ripe blueberry, dark cherry and blackcurrant, with cherry, blackcurrant and dark chocolate notes on the palate.

The nose shows complex interplay between notes of mocha, dark fruit and dried herbs. The palate is layered and rich with Doris plum, red cherry and bramble characters supported by fine tannins and a long finish.

The Home Block Chardonnay is Nga Waka's flagship white wine. It is 100% barrel fermented and goes through 100% malolactic fermentation. It remains in barrel for 10 months and the lees are stirred monthly. Pale gold colour in the glass, it is rich and complex with deep, intense spicy and mineral flavours underpinned by tight-grained French oak, barrel fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Fresh, vibrant acidity cuts through rich or creamy dishes, pairing beautifully with lamb and white meats.

Nola's Rich Cream is made from New Zealand grown grapes, ripened to perfection and fortified to retain a luscious sweetness. Nola's Rich Ruby is a 100 year old family recipe, made in the Portuguese style of a ruby port. Nicely balanced sweetness, with rounded fruit flavours. Serve with dried fruits or nuts-based dessert, cheese, as a warming after dinner drink or lightly chilled as an aperitif. The fourth generation of the Nola family continues over 100 years of family wine making history and tradition.

A blinding white gold and a chartreuse shimmer in the glass, the Mannequin opens with opulent, beguiling aromatics. Ripe golden apple, concentrated jasmine, citrus notes and a touch of cream and fresh brioche emerge. The entry is bright yet with a bit of weight; similar aromatic notes come through on the palate supplemented by rich honeydew and green apple. Tempered by a prominent vein of acidity, the wine closes at length with a seamless silk-like quality.
