Royal is the first drop of Rifters reserve selection, crafted and refined by their distiller in a 100 litre copper pot still. Smooth at 57.7% with refreshing tones of grapefruit, subtle sweetness from liquorice root, a touch of pink peppercorns and a lovely finish of bay leaf.
