In 1972, on the shores of Chita peninsula, Keizo Saji - Suntory's second Master Blender - built a distillery dedicated to creating the highest quality Japanese grain whisky. A vivid blend of whiskies from Suntory's Hakushu, Yamazaki, and Chita distilleries, Suntory Whisky Toki features the quintessential characteristics of a Suntory Whisky blend: exquisite balance, harmony, and oneness. At the same time, its unique pairing of Hakushu American white oak cask malt whisky with Chita heavy-type grain whisky overturns the traditional hierarchy between malt and grain.

This exquisite hand selected cask has notes of borage flower honey, clotted cream, toasted oats, vanilla bean, sun-scorched nectarine. Only 277 bottles. Bottled at 52% ABV.

This exclusive cask is one of only two Chardonnay barrels laid during Cardrona's first year of operation, making it a rare Cardrona whisky. Exquisite notes of pear, pain aux raisin and dried figs, together with borage flower honey and clotted cream. The bottling is made in honour of the ninth anniversary of the filling of Cardrona's first cask. 349 bottles. Non-chill filtered. 52% ABV

Unlike a typical 100% malt whiskey, Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey is crafted from 51% malt and aged in new charred oak barrels, making it the malt whiskey for bourbon drinkers. It delivers a richly complex profile that amplifies the nutty character found in classic Woodford Reserve. The nose opens with soft nutty notes layered with light caramel, milk chocolate and fruit, complemented by hints of brown spice, mint, brown sugar and toasted oak. On the palate, dark chocolate and caramel-coated nuts unfold alongside cocoa, brown spice, bright fruit and touches of toasted coconut, finishing with subtly sweet, nutty chocolate malt notes.
